XP Firewall Exclusion needed to allow Wake-Up calls

I am running into an issue where on test XP systems the agent wake-up calls quit working. This is occurring with VSE 8.8i Patch 1 along with the new ePO agent (patch 1). These wake-up calls used to work with the firewall exclusion for frameworkservice.exe .  Running VSE 8.7i with the new 4.6 agent the wake-up calls work. McAfee tech support is telling me that we need to add an exclusions for port 8081, this will make it work.

However, I have seen reference to older VSE 8.0 documentation that says that all you need is an exception for frameworkservice.exe. What exclusions are other people adding to the XP firewall for agent wake-up calls to work.
