Windows Server 2012 R2 In-Place-Upgrade to Windows Server 2019
We are running latest ePO-version in our Windows Server 2012 R2. Is In-Place-Upgrade to Windows Server 2019 supported by McAfee? I mean can we upgrade that Windows-version and we don't loose any ePO-settings or confugurations in that Windows upgrade? We are also running MS SQL ePO database in that same server.

OS upgrade is not supported on an epo server - you have to uninstall it and restore epo after the OS upgrade. However, you also must be running epo 5.10 already, as that is the only epo version supported on Win 2019.
