Why is Systems SolidCore Status column disabled?

Some Systems/"Servers", have lost communication while some are still communicating with ePO. 20% of my SC servers are showed disabled (183/925). Please advise.

Re: Why is Systems SolidCore Status column disabled?

Hello @User45777936

Thanks for your post.

I would like to request you to please check the communication from one machine to ePO and see whether you are seeing any error or not in the mavsc.log (client side) and server.log (ePO side).

By Default McAfee Agent logs available :

C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\logs

By default Server.log available:

[InstallDir]\DB\Logs

Please check and see whether you are seeing any error in the logs or not .
