Thanks for your post.
I would like to request you to please check the communication from one machine to ePO and see whether you are seeing any error or not in the mavsc.log (client side) and server.log (ePO side).
By Default McAfee Agent logs available :
C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Agent\logs
By default Server.log available:
[InstallDir]\DB\Logs
Please check and see whether you are seeing any error in the logs or not .
