We're having an issue with systems randomly moving around within the system tree for no apparent reason. A system that should be sitting in one state OU randomly pops up in a different state.
System tree sorting is disabled.
When you find the lost system, if you do a test sort, ePO wants to sort it into the correct OU, so how did it end up in the wrong OU in the first place?
There's nothing in the audit logs to indicate any ePO administrator has taken any action to move these systems.
Any ideas?

Do you have any scheduled tasks that are moving systems based on tags or other criteria?
See this post as an example of a task with a sorting query

If it was a scheduled task moving things around, there would be some consistency in where they're moving, but it's completely random.
