We have lost remote access to our ePO environment after 5.10 Update 10 upgrade
We have lost remote access to our ePO environment after 5.10 Update 10 upgrade. We can access the Management Portal from the Application Server itself so all services are running (Agent Handlers are also running normally). We just cannot access it remotely like we have always done in the past. We are not sure if this is a direct result of the Update 10 that was applied yesterday, or potentially some SSL Certificate changes that were done last week (and the update has then cleared any local cache remote connections)
