Hello,

When we ran vulnerability test on our ePO server, the below vulnerability has been reported

Severity	Impact & Likelihood	Vulnerability
Medium	Impact: 3 Likelihood: 2	SMB Signing not required

.

My Questions are,

1. Can we Disable SMB Protocol?

2. If we disable,  will there be any impact on ePO functionality ?

Hi,

SMB is used by ePO for push installation of Agents.
I'd suggest you open a support call so that your vulnerability report can be assessed in more detail so we can work out if it's really a concern or not rather than just trying to block SMB.

It would help if your scan report has a particular CVE reference, Nessus plugin ID or other specific identifier that can be used as a unique reference to check against.
