VirusScan 8.8 deployment task fails on Windows XP

help please!!!!,

I've managed to deploy the agent to windows xp professional - but the av 8.8 wont play ball. I try and push it down manual but I get this message.

is it a compatibility issue?

Can you check the C:\Windows\Temp\McAfeeLogs directory and see if it created a log file for the install of VSE?

Also make sure whatever patch level of VSE 8.8 your trying to deploy is compatible with your XP versioning. https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=kb51111

all sorted - for some reason I had to take the proxy out and re add it. which made it kick in.
