Like many companies, we routinely have to deal with broken clients (not reporting properties, not updating DATs, etc). Usually, a reinstall of the agent will fix the issue. I am wondering if anyone has experience with Virtual Technician for ePO and if it does truly help in automating the fix for common issues. This has the potential to be a big time saver for us so I would be pleased to hear that it works well for common issues. Thanks.
