Upgrading ePO 5.1.1

Hello

I wish to upgrade our old epo which is version 5.1.1 to 5.9.1 (most probably passing through an upgrade to version 5.3.1/5.3.3 first).

Taking into considerations of sql version, agent handlers, policies, client tasks,s server tasks,etc.

Can you please provide a checklist for the upgrade and also for the prerequisites?

KB71825 - upgrade checklist.  Also run the pre installation auditor tool

KB51569 - supported environments for epo

SNS624 - epo supported upgrade paths

These are all on the service portal knowledge base for easy access.
