Re: Upgrade to 5.10.0 from 5.9.1 failed

As I don't have a copy of the original programfolder(s), I'm starting a fresh install 😞

Oh, sorry about that.  Do you have a case open with McAfee?  Do you know the snapshot recovery passphrase from the 5.9.1 server?  If you have a case open and know that password, we may be able to get you back up and running.

I did a fresh 5.9.1 install with all the customizing that comes with our companys installation guide.

It will upgrade to 5.10.0 without errors, but IE11 can't be used anymore.
Chrome seems to work OK, so the next task was to install Update 9. It fails immediately with this message:

Node.dll error.png

The dll is not found on the server (2012) and if I copy it to Windows\system32 and try to manually register with regsvr32 it says that there is no valid entry point.

what i can suggest you is to redownload the zip, unblock it before you unzip it by right clicking on it and selecting properties and then "Unblock

if the option doesn't exist then is OK to unzip it as it is
