Upgrade from VSE8.8 to ENS 10.7

Hi,

In one of our customer location, we have a install base with McAfee ePO 5.9 & VSE 8.8, which has reached EOL on 31-Dec-21.

We have valid Grant no. which is  valid upto July 2024.

Now, We are planning to upgrade it to McAfee ePO 5.10 with Endpoint Security 10.7.

Could you please confirm if we can use the same grant no. to upgrade to McAfee 5.10 & ENS 10.7.

Your grant, as long as it is valid, covers all the latest versions of the products.  So yes, you can upgrade products with same grant number.

On the same grant no., I have MFE Complete EP Protect Bus 1Yr BZ [P+] BUSINESS for upto 2024, does this also support .dat updates, content updates or technical support of the product for ENS.

Yes, it does.  Your grant letter should have contained what it covers.  Content updates for purchased products are not part of the license.  That means that if you purchased ens, any content updates to keep them up to date for definitions to protect your environment, are always included.  The licensing is for the specific products you purchases and number of nodes.  ePolicy Orchestrator is part of all the products, as it is the management console for the products and is not limited to any number of epo servers you would need to set up.
