Upgrade epo console 5.9 to 5.10

We try to do upgrade of our console to 5.9 to 5.10 everything goes fine bu at the end of the installation everything goes back an they do uninstall.

What errors do you see in the epo install logs for the failure?  You can find them in %temp%\mcafeelogs folder.
