Upgrade ePO to 5.10 from 5.9.1

Jump to solution

What are the recommended steps that I need to follow to make sure the process goes smoothly?

I already ran the Upgrade compatibility tool and nothing was detected as a critical or show stopper.

- Do I need to run KB66616 & KB71825

- Also, run "update 3" once after I complete the upgrade, right?

Thanks!

And yes, run update 3 and check the epoupdater.log to ensure these entries are all 0.  Search for this keyword (you will see one for every fix in it).

The DF__OrionLdap__Times__XXXXXXXX is the constraint.  You can't delete the "constraint" object in the database.

ePO license question (v5.9.1)

Jump to solution

I recently cloned my production ePO server.

Since cloned and Prod both are using the same ePO license key, do I have to change the license key for cloned?

Thanks!
