Thanks for your response.
There is a server task Update Master Repository available which run everyday and update the content to Master Repository.
By default the name is Update Master Repository ,You can check your server tasks and if the task is disable you can enable it.
By default it will update the all packages including contents.
If you want you can edit and schedule it for selected packages.

You can select MedDAT in Repository pull task and then select it in product update task.
Isn't this the same as I manually go master repository to pull manually? This is what I'm doing now. But the thing is I want it to automatically update those new DAT in master repository automatically instead of manually pull it.
