@User15677309 Does your ePO updates through proxy?

I would recommend opening a ticket with McAfee.  You have several different issues going on and that is going to require some detailed logs and other troubleshooting not easily done on a public forum.

Open a web browser and attempt to reach http://update.nai.com. If you are unable to access this page, review all your system network settings; you may be blocking yourself.

Also, keep in mind that FTP Sites - Effective May 31, 2019, the service provider that McAfee uses to host our FTP service will no longer provide FTP capabilities.

What are the errors for the failure?  If it is a hash validation failure, try different times of the day - you may be hitting a site that is in the middle of being updated.  You can also try one of the different source commonupdater sites.
