Unable to update Catalina agent from 5.6.3.157 to 5.6.6.232

Catalina 10.15.3

Agent upgrade 5.6.3.157 to 5.6.6.232 failing.  Agent_monitor log says -

Scheduler invoking task

task becomes active

40 seconds later - task has failed

Are there other logs I should be looking at to get more details?

Note:  same task works to upgrade Mojave from 5.6.3.157 to 5.6.6.232
