Unable to sync with Active Directory

Hello all,

 

Looking to sync AD with EPO but the log keeps on returning an error.

 

I have registered the LDAP server (AD) and the connection is successful, however when I attempt to sync within group details - edit - and select synchronise now... and then go to the server log it displays the attached.

 

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

 

EPO 5.10.0

Please delete your screenshots that show sensitive information.  I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee so we can review your logs and be GDPR compliant.

Hi DaveSmith999,

Have a check of the Orion logs see what is recorded at that time.

The data recorded will be limited but there maybe some mesages that will help.

If nothing helpful is recorded, then debugging needs to be set up and to do that you'll need to call support to get that information.
