Unable to login to EPO 5.1

After I changed my domain administrator password, I am unable to access my EPO anymore. How do I update my administrator password??? I am unable to access https://servername:8443/core/config too.

Hi, it looks like you are using IE. Could you please try on a different browser? If that's not possible, please clear IE cache/cookies and try again. Also make sure all three McAfee ePO services are in "running" state on the ePO server.

Try using the steps in KB69850.  Use localhost instead of your servername.  There are several options in there and solution 3 will help if you can't get to the core/config page.
