Unable to get EndPoint Threat Prevention to send alerts to McAfee ePO

Currently, we are testing the new EndPoint Security products. We have all the components like Threat Prevention, Firewall, web control installed and the update tasks to use the latest AMcore content files. We have disabled the firewall and web control options as we only need threat prevention at the moment. On the client side, I invoked the eicar test virus which gets detected and McAfee virus popup warning appears. On the agent, I click send events and can see that it sends one event. However, no threats show up on the ePO dashboards or under the threat events for that client. Not too sure what I am missing and why I don't see threats on the ePO side.

Has anyone have any ideas what I am missing.

Below are some screen captures.
