Unable to find valid repository!

Mcafee agent is able to send events and update everything else ! except my dat files ! i looked at he logg and i get network is down and the task cant be completed error ! im stumped i have tried some workarounds but to  no avail ! I have to tried adding the ip address to the host file on the local host (which is my epo server ) the agent is pointed to the epo server the sitefile has the correct ip address ! the correct FDQN so im open to any suggestions!

Hello @lpayan . Thank you for reaching out to McAfee Enterprise Support Community. We do have several reasons for DAT files not getting updated automatically. We would need to check on the Agent logs to identify the actual issue. Could you please attach the Agent logs from any one client machine which is got the issue. The logs can be located at <ProgramData>\McAfee\Agent\Logs.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the agent multiple times

Make sure to not post any logs with customer information in it, such as server names, IP, etc.
