Unable to delete Tag Group

I can create new Tag groups, but can not delete any. In the Tag Group Tree, under Tag Group Actions, the option to Delete is grayed out. Can anyone help please?

If the tag group was created by a product deployment, you won't be able to if the deployment is assigned and still exists.  The tags also can't be assigned anywhere if they aren't from product deployments.

I've managed to sort it.  I wanted to delete a Tag, rather than a Tag Group.  The drop down menu that appears to be part of the "New Tag" button is actually separate from it, and contains three options: "Delete", "Move Tags", and "Run Tag Criteria".  It's the "Delete" option I was looking for.
