Unable to Download Latest Patch in EPO Server

Hi,

We tried to download latest VSE patch from EPO and got this failed error;

10/20/16 1:43:35 PM     Downloading file C:\PROGRA~2\McAfee\EPOLIC~1\DB\SoftwareManager\1074\8.8\VIRUSCAN8800_10833.zip.

10/20/16 1:43:35 PM     Failed to download file C:\PROGRA~2\McAfee\EPOLIC~1\DB\SoftwareManager\1074\8.8\VIRUSCAN8800_10833.zip.

Please help to verify is the cause by firewall rules? However we already allow EPO server access to

Default port	Protocol	Traffic direction
21	TCP	Outbound from the ePO server to ftp://ftp.nai.com
80	TCP	Outbound from the ePO server to http://update.nai.com
443	TCF	Outbound from the ePO server to s-download.mcafee.com and epo.mcafee.com NOTE: These URLs are not accessible in browsers.

How can we solve it? Thanks.
