Trusted Applications Policy cannot edit after update

Updated ePO (HBSS) to MR4 and migrated HIPS 7.x policies to HIPS 8.0

When attempting to edit a migrated trusted application's policy recevie errors

Host Intrusion Prevention 8.0 General

     Trusted application (all Platforms)

        <  Edit Policy>

          Receive:  An unexpected error occurred

Cannot duplicate or create a new policy based on existing policy.

What's the fix besides creating the policy from scratch?

Thanks
