The user was not authorized to access the requested URL /core/handleHttpError.do." (displays in ePO 4.6 Audit Log)

Has anybody had any experiences with this where you were able to get it resolved? Looks like it been about a year and a half or so for any movement.

Moderators do you know of any updates?

I just upgraded a customers environment from ePO4 P7 to ePO 4.6.1. The upgrade seems to have gone ok, except for the fact that after the agents first checked-in, they have not updated since.

The platform is W2k3 w/SQL 2005 built in.

Any idea's?

I too see this all the time, but have no idea why it happens.
