Tag criteria condition

Please explain why while setting the tag criteria, different determinants are added with an AND condition, instead of being selectable? While working within a single determinant, with different values, you can select between OR and AND.

I don't know the rationale behind that, but you can suggest an Idea per KB60021.

The rationale is simple.

If you give the possibility to select while setting condition for a single property, then why not between properties? 

In case i want to use a domain as determinant, you can specify multiple conditions, choosing  between OR/AND.

What I meant was the rationale to code it that way.  I understand why you would want it different, so that would need to be a per.
