System tree shows wrong IP adress

I have seen that ePO is showing loopback (127.0.0.1) adresses in the system tree. I think this is because NAC is preventing access to the network until the user is authenticated.

The first time the agent is deployed to the system it will show the correct IP adress but when the system is rebooted it will show the loopback IP in the system tree.

Is there a solution to communicate the IP adress with every update interval or is this by design it only will happen the first time after a reboot?

No we have still the issue but has not a high priority.

It is more a cosmetic issue for us

Does issue get resolve once you uninstall NAC?

I gues this will solve the issue but is not an option for us to remove NAC

A system can have more than one Network Interface Card (NIC).It causes the system to have multiple IP addresses and it may return loopback address 127.0.0.1
