System tree group change

How can we know if anyone moved a system to a different group or sub-group under System Tree or the system was automatically moved based on sorting criteria

Is there any logs which we can see to identify which will give the idea about the above both scenarios

yes, the ePO audit log on the UI will help you with this, 

Menu>reporting> Audit log

you could search with the system name

i tried but the logs get purged after 90 days so was not able to find 

Is there any other way or location where i can find the information ?

If you really need the info and you have backups of the database from that time frame, you can restore the database and query the audit log from the db.
