System Details not visible in ePO

After installing EPO 3.6 agent onto couple of machines, I noticed that system details like ip address, username, last update are not reflecting in the System Tree.

What can be the problem?

wake them up and ask for full props from epo

I figured it out......

Actually the ip range and subnet overlapped between 2 groups which is why this happened. Clients did not know in which group to register.
