Strange format when events are being forwarded from McAfee ePo to SIEM

Hi there,

I forwarded logs from McAfee ePo to SIEM through SNMPv2 protocol. The log source showed successful events, but their format was so weird:

1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0=70 days, 2:30:24.68	1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0=1.3.6.1.4.1.3401.12.2.1.1.0.101	1.3.6.1.4.1.3401.12.2.1.1.5.2.20=12/02/20 08:10:59 UTC	1.3.6.1.4.1.3401.12.2.1.1.5.2.10=12/02/20 08:12:56 UTC	1.3.6.1.4.1.3401.12.2.1.1.5.2.80=10........

Please help.
