I have run 2 Product Deployments today. One of them, with 2 systems selected, took 20 minutes. The second one, with only 1 system selected has been running for 2 hours and EPO still reports status and "Pending". Is there anything I can do to see why some product deployments are quick and some seem to take forever. I am using EPO 5.10.
Also, if one of the products you are installing is a newer version of agent, that can cause that too. When the agent reinstalls, it stops the services, so the agent is no longer aware of task status and can't return that back to epo. Best practice is to use RCTN only for one-off needs, but use scheduled tasks otherwise.
