Software Manager - Check In not registering

Today in Software Manager I checked in McAfee Endpoint Security 10.6 "McAfee Endpoint Security" bundle. It downloaded, it registered in the Master Repository & 4 or 5 software extensions. But even if I refresh Software Manager it still doesn't show it as checked in. If I try to click "Check In" again, it shows the check in page with everything greyed out. I have went as far as to both removed the objects from the Master Repository and Software Extensions. After removing everything then it would let me "Check in" the bundle again, but it did the same thing. Still doesn't register in Software Manager.

Click on the bundle name and it will show you what in the bundle is checked in or not.  In epo 5.10, it will show as either installed or partially installed if something is missing not checked in from the bundle, but when you click on the bundle, unfortunately, it won't show you what pieces are or are not checked in.  So each version has its advantages/disadvantages on the view of it.
