Single System Trouble Shooting

What do the logs that are collected from the Single System Troubleshooting page show you? Would any of those logs show if ENS is say blocking an exe file from executing properly? Does anyone know if there is like a KB article explaining what the different logs that are collected on that page show information for?

The only logs that are gathered by that method are the agent logs, not any ens logs.  Each point product's product guide should have reference to the logs for that product and their location.  The default log locations on the client are in c:\programdata\mcafee and then subfolder for each point product.  There may be some exceptions to that, such as RSD, but for the most part all the logs are there.

If you don't have access to the system to get the logs, you can then possibly search events in epo for that particular system to see if anything was blocked and why.

Single System Troubleshooting — You can view the McAfee Agent logs of a managed system from the McAfee ePO console remotely for troubleshooting. You can enable remote logging by enabling the Enable Remote Logging option under the General policy Logging tab. The default line limit for the remote log is 200 lines and can go up to 5000 lines.
