Setup Permissions for DXL in ePO

We would like to allow non-admin users certain users to do the following:

- Access the Actions menu while under System Tree - Click DXL

- Allow users to access the option for "Lookup in DXL"

Does anyone know of a way to set an agent task, automate this process, or setup a permission set? On occasion some of our machines are unable to communicate with DXL even after sending a wake up call. It seems doing the Lookup in DXL resolves this issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Setup Permissions for DXL in ePO

I know this is an old post, but the short answer to this is there aren't any combination of settings that can do this for a non-global admin account.  The user would need to be a global admin for that functionality.
