Server with blue screen
My ePO server with this blue screen and could not fix it. I turned off that server and made another server with the same name and IP.
EPO installed and went back up, the agents will communicate normally with the new server? Need some additional configuration?
Unless you imported a back-up of the ePO 'Agent-Server secure communication keys' then your clients will NOT communicate with this new ePO server.
Bascially it's a security mechanism to prevent clients being taken over and controlled by a rogue ePO server.
You will need to push new agents from this new ePO server to install the new ASIC keys on the clients then they will communicate and update correctly.
Hi tiagotoledo, if you'r using ePO 4.5 or newer then it won't work this way because you also need the old ePO security keys and some folders/files:

I have version 4.5. Made up only of SQL Server with this blue screen and have no way to get the folders mentioned.
How should I proceed in this case? need to reinstall the agents? Any procedure with step by step?
As you already have installed a new server then just re-deploy McAfee Agent to all your systems and they will report back to ePO
