Hello @cgillett
Thanks for your post.
Please try to kill them from the Server Task Log and if those are showing as Pending Termination then try to stop and start the ePO Services.
Also i would like to request you to please apply ePO Update 7, to check the current one you can go to the Server Setting >Server Information.
If stopping and starting the services are not working then please open a Service Request with Support Team, So they can check and resolve this for you, Might be we need to execute few queries over the ePO_Database.

After applying CU7 (if you don't have it already), and issue still remains, check kb84114 to ensue the internal dbcleanup task is running properly.

I am trying to apply Update 7, but it the updater hangs at "Stop Service Tomcat." I cannot proceed any further. When I look at my Services list, I don't even see Tomcat listed.
Edit: I tried again and it managed to stop all required services. The update applied successfully. I will try to run Agent tasks again to see if they hang.
Hello @cgillett
Thanks for your response.
Just, FYI:
Tomcat: Application Server Service.
However, You have successfully applied the update.
Please check and provide an update us.
