I don't think so with 1,2GB left because a repository pull won't take as much space as this. If you gon onto this task details you should see a line telling where it failed, if it has been on a single file or something different.
BTW, if you are using SQLExpress have a look at the database size as it cannot go further tan 4GB

It looks like your ePO server has some problems with its license.
There's a known problem about this with ePO 4.5 without patches (184.108.40.2063) or even with patches that, if this is the real problem, can be solved re-entering the license key through Menu->Configuration->Server Settings->Setting Categories->License Key->Edit
