Where are you seeing the GUIDs change - on the machines themselves, or in ePO?

GUIDs don't change by themselves - they either have to be recreated manually, or the agent can be instructed to create a new GUID by the ePO server (in the case of duplicate GUIDs, for example).

for example, I seen the ePO server itself was in the "Uninstalled Sensor" section and I Looked at the GUID there and I compared it to the GUID in the Managed systems, they were different. So I had manually uninstalled and installed the sensor before I left work yesterday and it was staying, I will check again this morning. But it seems to me that every time a Sensor checks in goes to the Uninstalled Section. And I think it is related to my managed systems going to rogue.

Old post, but for me i just needed to add the sensor host subnet to covered subnts in Detected Systems Dashboard.
