Reporting of software installed on servers

As we have agents on tevery server, is it possible to use ePO to report what software is running on each server?

The answer to my post was given by someone else in my group. You can use the AntiVirus to help identify is an application is running on a number of systems by creating a policy to report but not block when the executable is run. For example, if you want to find people running metasploit then set a policy to report on any machine that has metasploit.exe running.

This is not directly what the AV software is intended but does serve an excellent purpose of identifying particular software that you don't want people running.

No, all software that is running on the server. I've heard two stories about this where one party says it's possible and another say's it's not. Am trying to clarify.
