Reporting for Individual components (VSE email Plugin)

I'm trying to pull a report on which computers in my environment still have the VSE email plugin installed, versus which don't.   I can pull information individually for each computer by going to each machine in the system tree and looking under the properties of the products installed, but I haven't found a way to do any reporting on any of this information.   For this specific case, I'd like to be able to create a boolean pie chart in which I can show which machines have the VSE email plugin installed and which ones don't, and then be able to click on each section to drill down and get a full list of machines for each category.

However, I'd like to know how do reports of information in the computer/product properties.   Please see the screenshots attached for reference.
