As far as I know we are hoping that it will go on managed release this week, which means that if you have an issue that is addressed by it and are willing to take part in the managed release cycle, it will be provided.
Generally managed releases run for two to four weeks or so, so assuming that no showstoppers are encountered, I'd expect to see the general release in three to five weeks.
This is just an educated guess, though, and all details are subject to change

I got feedback that the patch 4 release will take at least 2 more weeks.
I'm waiting alos for this patch to solve some issues.
Waiting as well as the Windows Authentication issue is a major headache. I have 4.5 in QA and refuse to upgrade production server until resolved. I heard 4.6 is due for release soon.
Looks like we will get both (4.5 patch 4 and 4.6) at the same time.
