Typically a domain admin account is used. It has to be an account that is in the local administrators group on the client. If you are not on a domain, then you still have to use a local admin account, but instead of the domain, you would put just a period ( . ) to indicate using a local account instead of domain account. See KB56386 for all requirements needed to deploy agents.
