NB, if you have the latest version of MA it means you have a licence to download the product, i recall you mentioned that you are not entitled to open Service request but it looks like you are

Update Installed: Update 10 (2.0.0.1064)

I this case, there is no NAT or VPN, just one hop (router gateway)...

I am in small campus which is part of worldwide Company's network... Probably it is very hard in my case to find who is in charge for McAfee accounting...

I have updated products from software catalog, but I am not sure is there already enough information in ePO needed to submit the ticket...?
