Question regard Epo on prem and epo cloud

Jump to solution
Let say if the systems that are "managed" and are not on the VPN/office network, can the cloud epo takes over? Meaning to say that can cloud epo set up to synch up policies configured internally?

Hello @User95478885

Thanks for your response.

Afaik, No it’s not possible.

if an agent is deployed through On-Prem ePO then it will be going to report to On-Prem ePO and same applies for ePO-Cloud.

On one machine we can deploy the agent from one place only.

So bridging and all seems not possible.

Hello @User95478885

Thanks for you post.

epo on-Prem and ePO cloud both are different.

If a agent is managed by on-Prem ePO it will report to on-peen ePO only and same applies in ePO cloud.

If the machines are out of network try to install Agent Handler in DMZ.
