now it is shown in audit log also, but I am not trying anything, what is this can you help me?
Please put orion in debug mode (kb52369) and wait until you see some of those entries in the audit log. You don't have to restart services for that, just wait about 4-5 minutes and it will start logging in debug mode. After that, once you see those errors, gather the orion log, localhost access log and a screenshot of the audit log entry. I will send you my email address in private message for you to send them to me.

Other case was resolved by clearing browser cache. Try that.
