Problems with VSE

Hi guys! Recently i´m having problems with the deploys of the product V.S.E The task ran correctly but when i searched in the system tree the pc´s version, still got the old version. I woke up the user´s agent but still nothing.

I hope that you guys can help me with this situation

Whats does the registry have for the version:


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\Application Plugins\VIRUSCAN8800

Also, make sure the plugin flag is set to 0: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Application Plugins\VIRUSCAN8800

McAfee Corporate KB - VirusScan Enterprise 8.x properties are not reported in the ePolicy Orchestrat...

If all that is correct; perhaps, reinstall the agent - may just be a faulty agent.

Under Policy for VSE 8.8.0, select Access Protection, there you may unselect "Enable access protection" .
