Problem with ENS Threat Prevention event viewing in ePO 5.9.1

ePO 5.9.1, ENS 10.6.1

When viewing ENS Threat prevention events in ePO, every time I click on one and view it, and then click next, I see a Firewall event. It's the same event every time. I've done the 'Go to related Threat event log'  action, and deleted the event. Several times. But when I go to the beginning action again, and click next, voila, I still see the Firewall event. Also, when this Firewall event pops up, it freezes the event viewer, and I can no longer go to the 'next' or 'previous' event.  I'm hoping there's an action in the DB I can take to rectify this. Thanks!

I would suggest either opening a ticket so we can look at logs, or you can create a query for that type event you want to remove, then run a purge based on that query.  There could be any number of reasons, such as deadlocks, a bug, ens extension related, or other errors.
