Policies are assigned via the system tree policy assignments tab. I would suggest, however, test them out on a small subset of your systems first. You can create a temporary test group, move some systems in it and assign that policy at that group level to test, or you can select an individual system, actions, edit policies on a single system and assign it that way by breaking inheritance. Once you are sure the clients are not going to be adversely affected by the changes, you can then assign it at the my organization level or whatever group you need to.
