Follow this first to determine if it is a point product or an agent issue. If it is point product (ENS), then this needs to move over to that team. This doc should also point you to the ENS install logs to check for failures there.

I can move it for you, what team do you need it to go to? Either that, or in the enterprise support link above you can just create a new thread in the desired team. For ens, it would be under

Also, at the top of the post on the right, there are 3 buttons - click on those and one of the options you might see is move post. Just uncheck leave placeholder. If you don't see the move option, then let me know and I can move it wherever you like.

Also how can i deploy the ENS to MAC manually instead of pushing it through EPO ?
You would download the stand-alone installer dmg package and copy it over to the system. The install guide should have instructions.
