On-Prem EPO 5.10 CU4 - Software Catalogue doesnt have ENS 10.7 ?

Our on-prem EPO 5.10 CU4 software catalogue doesnt show ENS 10.7?

Do its take few days to show on the catalogue?

Not sure I get the question correctly. It is showing the 10.7 package in the software catalog.

If you expand the Endpoint Security 10.7 then you will see the Bundle package which needs to be checked in.

Thanks @patrakshar, I dont see the any ENS 10.7 products under Endpoint Security or Evaluation section. All I see is package for "Endpoint Security Package Designer". Do I need to manually download the ENS 10.7 packages and uploaded to EPO master Repository?

Can you please expand > button in ENS 10.7 and check? Also run the "Download Software Product List" server task once.

Yes, I've already run the "Download Software Product List" server task. No change to software catalogue.

Interestingly I checked 4 same version EPO and all of them showing the package. If we select the Endpoint Security at left then it shows the bundle:

Can you IM me the ProductCompatibilityList.xml from C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB location?

Can you crate a Service Request with us and upload the file so that this can be looked at from our end?

Quite strange though, this is not seen for anyone else I have worked with so far since it's release!
