On Demand Scan failed because point product is unavailable

Hi Good day! i have a problem with ePO when try to run task like scanning. i can do scanning it says "On Demand Scan failed because point product is unavailable". i have agent 5.0.4 and endpoint security threat prevention 10.5. thanks.

yeah i can scan locally.

solved it by checking in the correct extension. i forgot.

Is ENS functioning properly?  Can you run a scan locally?  That message says ENS is not available or running.
